Ariadne icon

Ariadne

A calm thread through hard choices — decide well, without the overwhelm.

iOS Android

Ariadne is an ADHD-friendly decision helper for the choices that quietly eat your energy — a laptop, a phone, a car, a home, a job offer, a utilities provider, or any everyday call. It replaces spiralling and second-guessing with a paced, one-step-at-a-time flow that lands you on a "good enough" choice you can actually commit to.

Pick a category and choose from a curated bank of plain-English criteria — functional ones like price, battery life, or commute, plus sensory ones like noise, glare, and clutter. Nothing is chosen for you, and every criterion has a gentle "explain more" for extra detail. For quantifiable things (RAM, storage, holiday allowance) you pick exact values from a dropdown that feeds the ranking directly.

A quiet worst-case reflection heads off catastrophic thinking before the result, and confirmed choices rest under a 24-hour cooling-off period so there is nothing left to re-litigate. Everything is on-device and private, with a full settings screen for high contrast, reduced motion, calm colour schemes, larger text, and neurodivergent-friendly fonts.

Artefact icon

Artefact

Your portfolio command center — local-first, spec-driven.

macOS Windows

Artefact is a local-first cross-platform desktop app that serves as a portfolio command center for multi-platform app developers. It registers, tracks, searches, and visualises projects, specs, media assets, AI generation lineage, and store analytics — without compiling or running any child application code.

Register workspace directories and Artefact automatically discovers Kiro specs, parses requirements, tasks, and design documents, then populates a four-column pipeline board showing feature lifecycle status. An interactive dependency graph visualises task hierarchies and requirement cross-references.

A built-in credit ledger tracks AI generation costs across platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Midjourney, Suno, Adobe Firefly) with manual entry and CSV import. Full-text search powered by FTS5 provides instant results across all indexed content.

Making mornings manageable — one task at a time.

iOS Android

A guided morning routine app that helps children (and adults) with ADHD get through their mornings one task at a time. Visual countdown timers, audio prompts, and gamification keep things on track without the overwhelm.

Supports multiple family profiles, so everyone gets their own routines, streaks, and rewards. When multiple profiles run routines at the same time, a live Family Race appears showing everyone's progress in real time.

Designed with neurodiversity in mind: clear visual cues, one-thing-at-a-time focus, gamification that motivates without pressuring, and family features that make mornings feel less like a battle and more like a team effort.

Provenance icon

Provenance

Invest in what you know. Discover what you don't.

Mothballed
Project Mothballed

Provenance was designed to do something no investment app had done before: start with what you love, and trace the financial thread from personal passion to investable opportunity. Not "here are some stocks." More like — you spend £200 a month at Zara, Inditex shareholders made 18% last year, and you funded part of that. Did you benefit?

Why we mothballed it

The concept was strong. The execution ran into walls we couldn't build around.

The paper portfolio required market data with redistribution rights — which isn't free. The supply chain intelligence that made the passion angle genuinely interesting turned out to be expensive to source, hard to verify, and dangerous to get wrong in a finance context. The spend intelligence angle — connecting your real banking transactions to investable companies — is compelling, but your bank already has your data and better infrastructure to surface it. And without those three pillars, what remained wasn't distinctive enough to justify building.

So we've mothballed Provenance rather than ship something that didn't live up to the idea behind it.

The thinking isn't wasted. If you're building something in this space and want to talk through the concept, get in touch.

Provenance was an investment discovery and education app that started with what users already knew — the products they buy, the brands they love, the hobbies they pursue — and traced the financial thread from personal passion to investable opportunity.

The app was driven by five personal signals: Passion Profile, Spend Intelligence (via Open Banking), Conviction Score, Ethics Rating, and a Living Portfolio that evolved with the user's life.
